Content Rights Notice

Effective Date: March 19, 2026

By downloading, accessing, or using MagicWall (the “App”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Content Rights Notice.

1. Content Sources

The wallpaper content made available in the App may come from one or more of the following sources:

1. 1. Original content created, commissioned, or otherwise produced for use in the App.
2. 2. Licensed third-party content used with permission, authorization, or license from the applicable rights holder.
3. 3. Public-domain or freely licensed content that may be used in accordance with the applicable license terms.
4. 4. AI-generated or AI-assisted content, including content generated, edited, enhanced, resized, cropped, composited, restored, expanded, or otherwise adapted using artificial intelligence tools or other software-assisted workflows.
5. 5. Adapted wallpaper content, including content modified for device compatibility, display quality, aspect ratio, lock screen presentation, home screen presentation, or other visual optimization purposes.

Where applicable, source or attribution information may be shown on the wallpaper page or other relevant area of the App. Users are responsible for reviewing any source, attribution, or license information provided for a particular wallpaper.

2. Ownership

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all rights, title, and interest in and to the content made available through the App remain owned by the applicable rights holder, which may include the App’s operator, a third-party licensor, or another original author.

Downloading or accessing content through the App does not transfer ownership of that content to the user.

3. Permitted Use

Unless otherwise expressly stated for a specific wallpaper, content made available through the App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

Subject to compliance with this Notice and any wallpaper-specific license terms shown in the App, you may:

• download or save wallpaper content for your own personal use;
• use wallpaper content as a background, lock screen, or similar personal display use on your own device.

4. Prohibited Use

Except where expressly authorized in writing by the applicable rights holder, you may not:

• reproduce, republish, publicly display, distribute, or redistribute any wallpaper content;
• resell, sublicense, lease, commercialize, or otherwise exploit any wallpaper content;
• use any wallpaper content for commercial purposes;
• modify, adapt, transform, edit, or create derivative works from any wallpaper content;
• remove, alter, obscure, or falsify attribution, watermark, copyright, or source information;
• claim any wallpaper content as your own original work;
• use any content from the App in a manner that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of any third party.

5. Public-Domain and Freely Licensed Content

Some content made available through the App may originate from public-domain, Creative Commons, or other freely licensed sources. In such cases, use of that content may remain subject to the specific license terms, conditions, attribution requirements, or restrictions applicable to that particular work.

Where license or source information is shown on the wallpaper page, you must comply with the terms indicated there. The availability of content in the App does not guarantee that all uses of that content are unrestricted.

6. No Commercial License

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, no commercial rights or commercial license are granted by reason of downloading, viewing, saving, or using content from the App.

If you wish to use any content beyond the rights granted under this Notice, you must obtain any required permission directly from the applicable rights holder or contact the App at borsosbe@icloud.com.

7. Intellectual Property Compliance

MagicWall respects the intellectual property rights of others. Reasonable steps may be taken to review, restrict, remove, or disable access to content where there is a good-faith belief that such content may infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights.

8. Changes

This Content Rights Notice may be updated or amended from time to time. Continued use of the App after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Notice.
