Copyright / IP Complaints

MagicWall respects the intellectual property rights of copyright owners, licensors, and other rights holders.

If you believe that any content made available in the App infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a complaint to:

1. Required Information

To allow effective review of your complaint, please include the following information in your submission:

1. Your identity and contact details

Your full name, email address, and any information reasonably necessary to identify you or the person/entity on whose behalf you are acting.

2. Proof of rights

A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property you claim has been infringed, together with information reasonably sufficient to demonstrate your ownership or authority to act on behalf of the rights holder.

3. Identification of the allegedly infringing content

Sufficient detail to allow the content to be identified and located, such as the wallpaper title, in-app page, screenshot, URL, identifier, or other relevant information.

4. Basis of the complaint

A short explanation of why you believe the content infringes your rights.

5. Supporting documents, where applicable

Any registration certificates, licenses, links to original publication, timestamps, screenshots, or other evidence that may assist with review.

2. Review Process

Upon receipt of a complaint, the App may review the information provided and may take such action as deemed appropriate, including requesting additional information, restricting access to content, removing content, or taking no action where the complaint is incomplete, unsupported, unclear, or otherwise insufficient.

Submission of a complaint does not guarantee removal of content, and the App reserves the right to make decisions based on the information available, applicable law, license records, attribution records, and other relevant circumstances.

Complaints must be submitted in good faith. Submitting false, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith complaints may result in rejection of the complaint and may expose the complainant to legal consequences under applicable law.

5. No Waiver

Nothing in this policy obligates the App to take any specific action in response to a complaint, and nothing in this policy limits any rights, remedies, defenses, or legal positions available under applicable law.
